TPC Junior Golf Program

TPC for Boys (Futures)

TPC for Boys (Futures) is designed for boys (up to age 14) who do not participate in any formal instruction, golf team or junior golf association on a regular basis. TPC for Boys (Futures) features 10 sessions of Short Game Skills and 10 sessions of Full-Swing Skills (Training, Practice and Competition) on a year-round basis.The TPC for Boys (Futures) is accomplished through parents, mentors, teachers or directors of youth organizations serving as Team Managers and Team Coaches…..establishing teams of 3 to 6 boys…..following a prescribed program of training, practices, periodic checkpoints with PGA or LPGA professionals and fun competitions. The IRGF Players Club will provide a series of Orientation/Training Sessions for all Managers/Coaches. The TPC Junior Golf Program Training materials include Fundamentals of the Golf Swing (featuring Nationwide Tour Professional Sal Spallone) and practice area set-up. Teams have the option of acquiring training equipment from the IRGF or to establish their own.

With the assistance of the IRGF Players Club, each team or group of teams will be encouraged to connect with a PGA or LPGA professional and an area golf facility.

Girls In Golf (GIG) Futures

TPC for Girls (Futures) also known as Girls In Golf (GIG) – Futures is designed for girls (up to age 14) who do not participate in any formal instruction, golf team or junior golf association on a regular basis. TPC for Girls (Futures) features 10 sessions of Short Game Skills and 10 sessions of Full-Swing Skills (Training, Practice and Competition) on a year-round basis.

The TPC for Girls (Futures) is accomplished through parents, mentors, teachers or directors of youth organizations serving as Team Managers and Team Coaches…..establishing teams of 3 to 6 girls…..following a prescribed program of training, practices, periodic checkpoints with PGA or LPGA professionals and fun competitions. The IRGF Players Club will provide two (2) Orientation/Training Sessions for all Managers/Coaches. Training materials include Fundamentals of the Golf Swing (featuring LPGA Futures Tour Professional Jackie Barenborg) and practice area set-up. Teams have the option of acquiring training equipment from the IRGF or to establish their own.

With the assistance of the IRGF Players Club, each team or group of teams will be encouraged to connect with a PGA or LPGA professional and an area golf facility.
